By accessing our website and booking our luxury photography and videography services, you agree to the following terms designed to protect both your vision and our artistic process.

1. Our Professional Services

Photo Cine Art specializes in high-end, cinematic wedding storytelling in Punta Cana and throughout the Dominican Republic. Our services encompass a full spectrum of luxury media, including:

• Editorial Engagement Sessions
• Full-day Wedding Coverage
• Professional Cinematic Film Production
• Expert Post-production and Artistic Editing

2. Securing Your Date: Booking and Investment

To ensure the exclusive dedication of our team to your celebration, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Your specific date is only secured upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract.
• The remaining balance is to be settled according to the bespoke payment schedule outlined in your agreement.
• We accept secure bank transfers, PayPal, and other internationally recognized payment methods for your convenience.

3. Changes in Plans: Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that planning a destination wedding can be dynamic.

• In the event of a cancellation, the initial deposit remains non-refundable as it covers the reservation of our team and the loss of other booking opportunities for that date.
• If you wish to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date based on our current availability. Please note that rescheduling may be subject to additional administrative fees.

4. The Delivery of Your Heirlooms

We take immense pride in the meticulous editing of your photos and films.

• Your final collection will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your contract (typically 30 days for full galleries).
• The specific number of images and the duration of cinematic films are defined by your chosen collection, ensuring you receive a curated story of the highest quality.

5. Artistic Ownership and Personal Use

All creative works—images and videos—remain the intellectual property of Photo Cine Art.

• Upon delivery, you are granted a personal use license, allowing you to print, share, and cherish your memories for a lifetime.
• Any commercial use, publication in magazines, or resale of the media requires prior written authorization from Milan and Nata.

6. Collaborative Responsibilities

For the best results, we rely on accurate details regarding your venue and schedule. While we are experts in navigating Punta Cana’s logistics, clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by specific resorts or private venues. Photo Cine Art is not liable for restrictions imposed by venue management that may limit our access.

7. Professional Limitations

While we strive for perfection, Photo Cine Art is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or unexpected technical failures. In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved within the competent courts of our local jurisdiction.
