Meet Destiny & Gregory: The Couple Who Had Us Laughing, Crying, and Cheering Behind the Lens
There are couples who are made for each other, and then there are couples like Destiny and Gregory, who take it to a whole new level. Stunning, sweet, and seriously photogenic, they were a dream to capture. Every smile was genuine, every glance full of emotion, and every moment… well, pure magic.
Their wedding at the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana was one for the books. And we got lucky – they also trusted us with a Trash the Dress photo shoot at the jaw-dropping Macao Beach, just minutes away. (Note to future couples: trust us, you definitely want to squeeze that in.)
A Wedding with Style, Simplicity, and a Dash of DIY
Destiny and Gregory had a clear vision: tropical, minimal, and effortlessly elegant. No Pinterest panic, no decor overload. Their table centerpieces were simple, lush with greenery to match the custom menus – yes, made by the bride herself (we stan a DIY queen!). The only other “do-it-yourself”? The table numbers. Classy, personal, and straight-up beautiful.
Getting Ready: Glam Squad at POSH, Groomsmen Shenanigans in Full Swing
The day began with Destiny getting pampered at the fabulous POSH Salon inside the resort, while the guys kicked things off in true groom-style – aka, having their own kind of pre-wedding fun. Spoiler alert: no one forgot the rings, so we’re calling that a win.
Ceremony Goals: La Isla, Tears, and That Famous First Kiss
Set at the romantic Harmonica Beach in front of La Isla restaurant, the ceremony was equal parts touching and hilarious.
Destiny floated down the aisle with the kind of grace that belongs in slow-motion movie scenes. She later confessed, “I was hoping not to cry, but I don’t think that worked out in my favor.” (We say: tears = bonus sparkle.)
Gregory, cool and composed, until that kiss. “The most anticipated moment for me was the kiss,” he admitted. “I was kind of nervous kissing in front of all those people. Then the photographers told me it had to be more than 5 seconds!” Yep, guilty. That’s us. #ProfessionalRomanceCoaches
Party Time at Element Terrace: Laughter, Love, and Unfiltered Joy
With the official stuff wrapped, the party moved to Element Terrace. Between dancing, toasts, and all the happy chaos you’d expect from a Hard Rock wedding, one thing stood out: how genuinely loved Destiny and Gregory are. Their guests didn’t just show up, they celebrated.
Final Thoughts: Two Beautiful Humans, One Epic Celebration
This wasn’t just a wedding. It was a true celebration of connection, joy, and the kind of love that lights up the room (and makes editing wedding photos nearly impossible through teary eyes). We’re honored to have been part of their journey.
